Q: How do I install the DisplayLink driver?

Q: Does this work with an Dell Xps 9570?

A: Yes, this Triple display docking station can fully compatible with your Dell Xps 9570, and please note the HDMI2 and DP port are driver-based, please install the DisplayLink Manager before you connect the monitor. 

 

Q: Will this work with an Asus laptop?

A: This triple display laptop docking station requires a full-featured USB C laptop. Please send your laptop model to our brand support via support@4urpc.com, they will help check the compatibility.

 

Q: Can this dock support three monitors at 2560x1440p at 144Hz each?

A: This triple display docking station supports max 60Hz fresh rate, sorry to say it is not for 2560x1440p at 144Hz.

 

Q: Can I use this station with m1 Macbook pro, for two external 4k screens docking with both 60 hz and one vertical one herizon?

A: Sure, please install the DisplayLink manager app before intial use.

 

Q: What cables does this docking station come with?

A: A 3.3ft USB C cable, so you can connect this triple display docking station and your USB C/Thunderbolt 3 laptop easily.

 

Q: Will the allow me to connect 3 monitors + my macbook? so i can have 4 different displays?

A: Absolutely yes, this triple display USB C docking station has 3 output ports, so you can connect 3 monitors via two HDMI ports and one DisplayPort.
NOTE: Before connecting 3 external monitors, please install and set the DisplayLink Manager App.
